What is Counseling?

It is a space that is just for you where you can talk openly, in whatever way works best for you, about how you feel and what you are going through.

Together you and your therapist will work through what is hard and figure out what kind of support is right for you. We work with you at your own pace in a way that feels comfortable and right for you.

Our services are not behavior therapy or behavior training.

Can Counseling Help Me?

We will answer your questions and help you figure out if we are a good fit. No pressure.

We will set up a time to meet and get to know you. This is your chance to ask questions too. We want you to feel comfortable.


Step 3. We Work Together

If we decide to work together, we will create a plan built around your needs, your goals, and your life. You will always have a say in your care.
